The IRCDL Forum has been held since 2005 and is organized by the Italian scientific community annually, aimed mainly at researchers and the public interested in digital libraries, archives and similar areas.
This year’s edition was centered on the relationship between information science and research and digital libraries, covering key areas such as academic communication (research data, research software and digital libraries), computational science (such as virtual research environments), libraries, archives and information sciences (in open access policy).
ROSSIO Infrastructure participation was based on the presentation of the communication “The development of the ROSSIO Thesaurus: supporting content discovery and management in a research infrastructure”, on the 19th of February.
The communication focused on the work carried out for the construction of the ROSSIO Thesaurus, a vocabulary of concepts and terms in social sciences, arts and humanities, which will support the research and content management of the platform under development.
The session was recorded and made available onYouTube.
