The Noite Europeia dos Investigadores 2020 (NEI) is back this time in the online format, already on the 27th of November 2020, starting at 5 pm. This year’s theme is “Science and Nature: Preservation of Cultural and Natural Heritage” and will be attended by dozens of researchers, from the arts to the humanities and sciences, including the ROSSIO Infrastructure.
The participation of ROSSIO will take place at 8 pm and will highlight the importance that digital platforms have in the dissemination of knowledge, creating new ways to experience the world. Starting from the digital collection “Historical gardens and parks in Portugal” (poster attached), ROSSIO seeks to highlight the role that digital objects have in safeguarding and preserving this heritage, and how they contribute to a greater knowledge of these and other spaces.
